After another border crossing we reached the beautiful Lago Jeinimeni near Chile Chico. The 5 km long Tierra de Colores trail in the Parque Patagonia Argentina starts halfway between the Portal Cañadón Pinturas entrance and the Refugio La Posta de los Toldos. Another highlight in the Parque Patagonia Argentina that should not be missed: the Cañadón Pinturas and Tierra de Colores. Whether you like it or not Parque Patagonia Argentina is probably the best place in the world to observe one of the most dangerous animals on earth: the black widow spider. Lots of wildlife in the Parque Patagonia, including reptiles and insects. The most famous highlight in the Parque Patagonia Argentina is the important archeological site Cueva de las Manos. Next, we explored the beautiful Parque Patagonia in Argentina. It is a relatively new national park which was founded in 2014 and protects an area of 106,000 ha. We entered the park through the Portal Cañadón Pinturas. Depending on the light the Lago Belgrano has some extremely intense blue colors. From the Lago Burmeister, we drove to the Lago Belgrano. Along the way, we saw a couple of Guanacos.
